Having dined in Harlan’s previous Pattaya restaurant, Comfort, the bar was set high - and he hasn’t disappointed with his latest venture.

Trying to fulfill what I like most, Harlan's restaurant serve me and my partner with Harlem smash with ice. It taste good.

The Big Boy made us a black pasta dish which is influenced in Spain cooked in a seafood broth with prawns sea bass and a crispy crab cake.... Me and my girlfriend wiped it out.
